# End User License Agreement (EULA) for fiSHed

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and fiSHed for the use of the fiSHed mobile application.
## 1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
– Download and install the App on your personal iOS device
– Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
## 2. License Restrictions
You may NOT:
– Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
– Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
– Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
– Rent, lease, loan, sell, or distribute the App
– Use the App for any illegal purpose
– Violate any applicable laws or regulations
## 3. Ownership
– The App is licensed, not sold
– We (and our licensors) own all rights, title, and interest in the App
– This includes all intellectual property rights
– Your license does not grant ownership rights
## 4. Updates and Modifications
– We may provide updates, patches, or new versions
– Updates may be required for continued use
– We may modify or discontinue features at any time
– No obligation to provide updates or support
## 5. Data Collection
By using the App, you consent to:
– Collection of usage data and analytics
– Location data collection when features are used
– Storage of user-generated content (catches, photos)

## 6. Subscription Terms
### Premium Subscription
– Billed monthly
– Automatically renews unless cancelled
– Charged through Apple App Store
– Managed via iOS Settings > Subscriptions
### Refunds
– Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law
– Contact Apple for refund requests
– We do not process refunds directly
## 7. User Conduct
You agree to:
– Use the App responsibly and legally
– Not abuse, harass, or harm other users
– Not post prohibited content
– Comply with fishing regulations
– Not interfere with App operation
## 8. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND:
– No warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose
– No guarantee of accuracy, reliability, or availability
– No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
## 9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
– Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
– Loss of data, profits, or fishing opportunities
– Personal injury or property damage
– Reliance on App information
Maximum liability is limited to amount paid in past 12 months.
## 10. Termination
– We may terminate your license at any time for violations
– You may terminate by deleting the App and account
– Sections 3, 8, 9, 11 survive termination
## 11. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by Queensland, Australia law.
## 12. Changes to EULA
We may update this EULA. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
